La cantante Britney Spears ha annunciato l’uscita del suo memoir intitolato “The Woman in Me”, in programma per il 24 ottobre. In un post su Instagram, la pop star ha sottolineato che il libro non è un modo per vendicarsi, ma per mettere fine alle questioni del passato e guardare al futuro. Spears ha rivelato che fu convinta ad abortire dal suo ex fidanzato Justin Timberlake, ma ha anche ammesso di essersi pentita di quella decisione. Nel libro, la cantante critica anche il controllo esercitato dalla sua famiglia sulla sua vita per 13 anni. Il memoir ha già suscitato grande interesse e sarà disponibile anche in formato audio, letto dall’attrice Michelle Williams.
